WHAT SIZES DOES FROCKFINDER STOCK?
 

frockfinder dress hire currently stocks designer dress in sizes 8-14.  As sizing is so very inconsistent, we recommend having an open mind about what size is on the label!

 
WHAT LABELS DOES FROCKFINDER STOCK?

 

frockfinder dress hire stocks a wide range of local and overseas designers. Our range is always changing so make sure you check in often. Our current favourite desingers include Talulah, Rixo, Rotate, Elle Zeitoune and By Johnny.  frockfinder dress hire loves to shop so if there's a designer you're after, don't hesitate to ask!

WHEN IS frockfinder dress hire OPEN?

frockfinder dress hire no longer has physical premises.  Email faith@frockfinder.com.au to organise a try on at home.

RENTAL TERMS

Each dress hire varies, but generally the rental period is within a week.  Sometimes, if the dress is available, you may be able to collect it a little earlier to sort out your accessories, but generally the dress will be ready for collection a couple of days before your event.  Same goes for the return - we understand that sometimes things happen and a return on a Monday is just not possible. frockfinder dress hire will organise a mutually suitable return time at collection.

 

 

WHAT IF I DAMAGE THE DRESS?

 

Don’t panic!  Contact frockfinder dress hire by emailing faith@frockfinder.com.au.  Please do not try to repair the damage yourself. frockfinder dress hire understands that accidents happen and is happy to work with you to come to an amicable resolution.

 

frockfinder dress hire will cover the cost of minor repairs and damage,  However, if the dress is severely damaged or irreparable, you may be charged a fee.  As deposits are not charged, we trust you to be honest and fair with us, as we will be with you.

 
WHAT IF I'M LATE RETURNING THE DRESS?
 
frockfinder dress hire  doesn't believe in late fees.  It's a trust situation.  However, please respect this so I don't have to get mean!

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

We understand that things happen - events get cancelled, minds get changed..... frockfinder dress hire  hopes you'll return to us next time!

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES FROCKFINDER ACCEPT?

frockfinder dress hire accepts credit card, cash or bank transfer

frockfinder dress hire doesn't charge a deposit.  Again, we work on trust - you trust us to look after you and frockfinder dress hire trusts you to look after the dress.

WHAT IF I FAKE TAN THE FROCK?
 

Once again, don’t panic.  Dry cleaning works wonders.  If frockfinder is unable to remove the tan on the first dry clean, we'll be in touch - there may be a small fee.

 
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT I CAN BE LIABLE FOR IF A DRESS IS DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN?

 

If the unthinkable happens and the dress is lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair, the replacement cost will be determined by the dress eg, how new it is, how many times it has been rented.

 

WHAT IF THE DRESS I HAVE BOOKED IS UNAVAILABLE OR DAMAGED?
 

You will be advised of any such occurrence as soon as possible. frockfinder dress hire will of course do our best to find a suitable replacement.
